The Merewether Residences site has seen exciting movement over the past month, marking the true beginning of the project’s construction journey. The former clubhouse structure has now been fully removed, paving the way for the next stage of works. Mine subsidence grouting and upgrades to the existing water main network have been progressing steadily, setting up essential foundations for the development.

With Decode now established on site, the project has entered a new phase as early civil works begin to take shape. In the weeks ahead, visitors and passers-by can expect to see increased activity, including site stripping and preparation ahead of piling. It’s an important period where the site transitions from preliminary groundwork into the first steps of vertical construction, an exciting milestone for the community and future residents.

November delivered solid momentum for Merewether Residences as on-site activity continued to build. Grouting works advanced steadily throughout the month, accompanied by ongoing water main upgrades that are tracking toward completion before Christmas. Decode’s site establishment is now well underway, enabling the team to progress early civil works and broader site preparation as the year draws to a close.

As we move into December, the site will experience a final push before the holiday period, with continued grouting activity, the completion of the water main upgrade, and further site-stripping works. These efforts will position the project strongly for a dynamic start to the new year, when major activities, including piling and detailed excavation, are scheduled to begin.
