The Merewether Residences Refer A Friend Terms & Conditions

Refer a friend – existing purchasers 

• The purchaser who has been referred by a friend must purchase an apartment at the Merewether Residences.
• The referrer can be at any stage of the buying process to be eligible to refer a friend
• The friend referred to Thirdi Group cannot currently be at the Expression of Interest stage or beyond 
• The referrer cannot be referring a friend through the “Refer a friend – Merewether Golf Club members” promotion
• A friend can only be referred once. In the instance the same person is referred multiple times by different people, the purchaser who referred the friend first as per our records will be eligible for the discount
• The person who refers a friend that meets the above terms, will receive $5,000 off their sales price per friend that purchases (maximum of $25,000)
• The friend who was referred to Thirdi Group that meets all of the above terms will receive a $5,000 discount on their purchase
• The discount will be rebated within two weeks of settlement of both the original purchaser’s and the referred purchaser’s properties

Refer a friend – Merewether Golf Club members 

• The purchaser who has been referred by a friend must purchase an apartment at the Merewether Residence.
• The friend referred to Thirdi Group cannot currently be at the Expression of Interest stage or beyond 
• The referrer cannot be a purchaser at Merewether Residences or referring a friend through the “Refer a friend – existing purchasers” promotion. 
• A friend can only be referred once. In the instance the same person is referred multiple times by different people, the purchaser who referred the friend first as per our records will be eligible for the discount
• The friend referred to Thirdi Group can not be an existing client of Thirdi Group
• The person who refers a friend that meets the above terms, will receive a $500 voucher for the Merewether Golf Club Pro-Shop per friend that purchases (maximum of $2,500)
• The friend who was referred to Thirdi Group that meets all of the above terms will receive a $5,000 discount on their purchase, which will be reflected upon settlement of their property
